You provide the land - we handle everything else. From guest bookings and customer support to cleaning, maintenance, and day-to-day operations, we take care of the full cabin management process. What we're looking for
A secluded piece of land, far from the hustle and bustle of noisy roads
At least ¼ acre per cabin to give guests plenty of room to relax
Within an hours' walk of local shops and pubs
Within 2.5 hours’ drive from London
A mains water connection near to the site
Vehicle access so we can easily install the cabins
A place for guests to park their cars when they visit
Views, walks and points of interest that make the location unique
Field margins, connecting strips, or otherwise unused land are ideal!
How the process works
Step 1: Introductory call
Chat with one of our founders, Caspar or Sam, about your land and see if it’s a good fit.
Step 2: Site visit
We visit your property together to identify the best spots for cabins and discuss logistics.
Step 3: Ground works & preparation
Our team completes all necessary works (water access, parking, foundations) - fully funded by us.
Step 4: Cabin delivery & installation
We transport and install the cabins on your site, ready for guests.
Step 5: Guests arrive
We handle everything - marketing, bookings, cleaning, and guest support. You don’t lift a finger.
Step 6: Quarterly payments
Receive your share of the revenue every quarter, hassle-free.
